This year I'll be hunting moose as well as deer up here in Alberta. My question is. I want a bullet that will perform well downing a deer as well as a 1200 bull moose?...any takers
Or is it possible to get 2 types of loads .one for deer and one for moose that will be close to zero on my scope. This is due to the fact that I may come across a huge buck out moose hunting and would hate to lose it due to the bullet not expanding. well you know what I mean?
My gun likes the slower loads like the winchester super x stuff or Federal classic?
Thanks in advance

I don't know what caliber you are using, but I would say if you load for moose you will have no problems using it on a deer. I would go with a Nosler Partition bullet, it will provide plenty of expansion on a deer and plenty of penetration on a moose. Just put it through the vitals and you will have meat on the table.
