RE: winchester power point plus?
I've not used the power point plus, but have used plenty of the standard power points. Good accurate, reliable round. Never a problem.
I'd assume the "plus" version would be quite accurate as it is marketed as "supreme" ammo.

RE: winchester power point plus?
I've used the Power Point's in the past for Whitetails and they have proven quite devastating in my 308 and 150 grains. 4 of the 5 deer I've shot with that rifle haven't moved from the spot they were standing when hit. So they've proven to be good enough for my use. They have been accurate.
There was a few years that I wasn't able to hunt due to family things, but another guy was using my rifle with Remingtons and had similar success at close and long range shots on another 4 or 5 deer.
I've been shooting the PP Plus which is a little more accurate in my use overall, but I haven't shot a Whitetail with one yet, so there performance is still a mystery, but I'm sure they'll get the job done the when I'm presented with the oppurtunity.
My Ruger bolt action seems to shoot the above rounds without any problems and has proven quite accurate.
