Which caliber would you pick?

Can I ask a stupid question?
How come nobody is mentioning the classic, tried and true, 30-30 winchester loads for deer hunting?
I have a nice Marlin 30-30 w/Simmons scope and it's dialed in perfectly to 100 yards. [8D]

Well, if your asking what "I" would choose, it would be all of them, plus a few others. The only problem I have is deciding which "one" gets to go on the trip this year...
Actually don't have the 7mm08, but really like the 7X57. Don't have the 270WSM, and do not anticipate getting one.
If you get them all, you will have your greatest available selection of factory loaded ammo, and all kinds of things to do at the reloading bench.

The Southeast is more built up, so I find noise is a factor - if you don't want people complaining about your hunting. Any of the ones you listed should be fine though.
