    I'm planning to get a 280 barrel for my encore. What brand of barrel did you get and why did you pick a 26" barrel ?. I was thinking of a 26" from the TC custom shop. Thanks.

    Sorry for not getting back sooner! I picked up my .280 from T/C when Encore's first came on the market...I think it was 1994. At the time that was all they offered was the 26". You won't be sorry if you get it,Encore's are great...
