i bought a mossberg 500 in a model called the persuader its got pistol grips and a 18.5" barrel and that barrel is plenty short theres no need for anything less but ive seen online where they sell them in "cruiser" models with shorter barrels i think they were 14-16" and they will sell them to the public as long as you have the right permits

In MD you can buy and sell non-regulated firearms via private transfer, no paperwork or notification required. This would include most shotguns, bolt rifles, and a few semi-auto rifles. Even so I agree that if you own a gun you are in many illegal government databases.

I have seen that super shortie for a while. I would love to have one.
