I have used it for several years now ,with proper bullets and range it can take elk , my kids use it on deer and fight over it.

If you took all the good qualities that most hunters want in a deer gun, and put them together, you'd probably come up with a 7MM-08!
It is as close to a perfect Whitetail cartridge that you could ask for!
Hard hitting, light kicking, and flat shooting!

I like mine! Shoots great groups and lots of knock down power.

I have one in a Browning A-bolt. I love it. It may just be the perfect whitetail caliber. With factory loads and fired with a 140 grain bullet it has virtually the same trajectory as a 30-06 firing a 150 grain bullet yet with a lot less recoil. Check it out.
