Throw out the 270 and any of these will do fine(although it is a near perfect deer rifle). But haveing seen many animals hit while growing up in the west, you WILL see a difference w/ the 300win. mag. The 06 will kick the least. Also 30 calibers just seem to hit harder even when the ballistics would say otherwise. On one of the other forums someone said judge a caliber when its a bad shot not a good one. In this case that 300win will have a DISTINCT advantage, it will flat lay em out.
