I helped my boss and his wife move into a new hiouse today, and while we were in his garage i found an old 410 single shot standing in the corner, collecting dust and rusting away. I asked him what he wanted for it (he doesnt hunt or shoot) and he told me i could just have it!! it needs alot of work, but i figured it would be a great first shotgun for one of my kids someday. Anyway, i am not sure what kind it is, who made it. The only thing i found anywhere on the gun is the following on the barrel:
Made in Brazil By Companhia Brasileia de Cartuchos
S. Andre - Est. S. Paulo
S.S. Kresge Co. Troy, Mich 48084
410 guage - 3 in - Full
606448 MOD 151
If any of this means anything to anybody or you can tell me anything about where this gun might have come from, please let me know. the trigger guard and another peice between theforarm and the breech are made of plastic, so i doubt it is anything fancy. thanks ahead of time for any help.

I know that Kresge is K-Mart and the original model was a CBC manufactured by Boito.
Here is all I could find in the Blue Book
Previous manufacturer located in Brazil. Previously imported by F.I.E. Corp. located in Hialeah, Fl.
Boito shotguns were inexpensive, utilitarian shotguns that are shootable, but not collectable. Because of this, prices typically range between $75-$175, depending on the gauge and condition.
I would reccommend having it checked out by a reputable gunsmith before letting any of your kids shoot it.
