rattle in fore arm of charles daly????????
hey everyone... i just got a new charles daly VR-MC realtree HW in 12 gauge with 26" barrel. i love the way this guns shoots and i want to take it as my turkey gun this year... that's mainly what i got it for... a gun that will work but that i am not too scared to get messed up... anyways, the thing shoots great, but there is a rattle up front that i am afraid will scare the turkeys away. is this the magazine plug? if so, how do i remove it/fix the problem? just wondering if any of you had this problem... thanks!

Unscrew the barrel cap off of the magazine tube. There is probably a spring steel washer looking piece that holdes the magazine spring in. Remove it but make sure that you keep your hand on it cause the magazine spring is long and will go flying if you let it. The plug will come right out. Now put it back together.
