can I sell my inline muzzleloader on the net (ebay, other auctions) without needing to go through a dealer?? (i think I can but not sure)
also would be selling some bullets and accessories with it (no powder)
FYI - TC Black Diamond (bout 3 years old & in very good shape); blue, maybe 50 shots through it and been in the woods a 5 times?), scope mounts, ~40 saboted bullets, 3 nipples, mustet caps, etc.
just in case anyone was interested

To answer your question, yes you can sell it on Ebay, or any of the other gun website mentioned without going thru an FFL dealer.
However; you CANNOT include any ammo or black powder, pyrodex with teh rifle. All ammo, black powder, pyrodex, etc. has to be shipped in a separate package. You need to check with the shipping company to see if they will even allow you to ship it. Some have restrictions on what they will and will not ship.
