I have narrowed my search down to only one spotting scope. Now to find the best price? I am looking for a Swarovski ATS-65mm. This is a MAJOR purchase for me so I need to get it as cheap as I can.
Please do not suggest ebay, I want to buy a new scope from a dealer.
Thanks,

ok go to _bay. Serriously Ebay has dealers selling items now ( has been that way a long time) and it's a highly competetive place ( as long as more than one dealer has your item) go to the hunting section and do a search for the make and model for your spotting scope and see what comes up. Other than that you are probably looking at Cabelas, Bass Pro, ect.

Go to www.astronomics.com I bought a Nikon spotting scope and a couple of binos from them. Very knowledgable and they give good advice as well.

Look at www.riflescopes.com I've had two very good experiences with them, I really like www.theopticzone.com but I don't believe they carry Swarovski.

Thanks a bunch guys, I did not expect so many replys so quick.
I found the best buy on the internet at www.dnrsports.com
I took the price quote to my local sporting goods store & they matched that price. My local sporting goods store had Cabelas price memorized.[
] I saved $269.00 just by looking around the internet, instead of just paying what my local shop & Cabelas both wanted.[:-] Like I said before this is a MAJOR purchase for me so money was a factor. I needed to get it right the first time.
Thanks again guys,
