I'm saying from what I've seen and felt and from what many others have said the WH is nicer than the T3. The T3 is Beretta's way to try to "Americanize" the Tikka. One action lenght for all calibers just isn't as nice as having the action match the round.

Actually, the Whitetail Hunter is a grade above the T-3. The T-3 is replacing it because Sako can no longer produce it at the price range they want to stay in. So, exchange some metal parts for plastic, and rename it the T-3.

If you can still find a WH out there, buy it!!!! The T-3 is nice, but it's not the same gun as the WH.
