Many years ago, on the radio I heard one of the surviving Yankee soldiers from the Civil War being interviewed (age 115)! The interviewer asked him the " stock question" always asked of such old folks " To what do you attribute your long life??" The old boy thought for a moment, then said " To the fact that I have never been treated by a doctor!!"
