Don' t count on getting too much info from books in the library. A while back I went looking for information on gunsmithing, hunting and firearms in general. I checked the computerized and actual card catalogs in eight different libraries. Get this eight libraries and a total of two books covering the subject of firearms and gunsmithing. Must be a PRNJ thing. Better bet is to contact the local office of the BATF, what better info to have than from the people who enforce the federal codes. Local police are usually inept when it comes to stuff like this.
