Default 350 Legend vs the 35 Remington

I want to use my new 350 Legend for deer this year as well as my 35 Remington. Being that black bear come back in in my area the second week of deer season I was leaning toward the 35 Rem so I was looking at the comparison between the two. And frankly there isn't a whole heck of a lot of difference. Especially with the loads I'm stoking the 350 with. Most of us know the old 35 Rem is more than capable of taking down a blackie. I was a bit skeptical to use the 350 but not now after doing some research. In fact because of the bullets used the 350 may even have a slight edge our past 150 yards. But where I hunt that isn't an issue. My shots will be likely less than 75 yards.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
This may all be moot anyway if I get a bear with the 45-70 tomorrow through Tuesday.

bears are not as hard to kill as a deer, use what you have confidence in

Having taken several bears I also believe this is true. I think deer have a tenacity for hanging onto life. Bears seem to give up the ghost a bit quicker.
