Default DRACO NAK-9 (9mm)

Got a question and don't want to sound stupid. I'm new to the "shooting for fun" shooting but have been an avid deer hunter for over 40+ years and decided to do more target practice on the side. My question (even though it might be dumb) is, is it legal and can you make this certain gun a fully auto gun? Here's a YouTube video that makes me feel it is legal. If it is legal, how would you make it full auto?
Thank you.

You’d have to be a Class III Manufacturer SOT, otherwise, it is not legal for an unlicensed US civilian to manufacture a machine gun.

maybe its just me, but if your going to carry an ak size carbine

why not a 7.62/39 caliber
with 4 times the punch and reach over a 9mm
if your going to carry a 9mm why not an uzi carbine or mini uzi

PCC’s are all the rage these days. There’s a lot of value in a full size 9mm carbine, and even greater fun.
