Default Just Finished First Build of 2015

Finished this up over the weekend.

Trued Model 70 action.
Kreiger #4 heavy sporter fluted and chmbered to 300 Win Mag.
Bedded in a McMillan Dark McWoody with Red pad.
Timney trigger.
Black Cerakote
One piece bottom metal.
VX6 3-18x44 in Talley LWs

Load development has 175LRXs into .75 regularly and Hornady 180IBs a little better (so far).

Dang you Pig!!! I like that stock! Beautiful color and "striping". Now the wife is going to have yet ANOTHER reason to get pissy at me! Gonna have to build me one! Maybe I'll just "stock switch" to make her a little happier.

8lbs.10oz. - manageable also.

Good luck. It's a beauty. Just checked the site. The only action I have free is a German 98k and the only stock they make for that is some plastic job. This right here is probably the most beautiful stock I have ever seen for a Mauser action build

The guy that made that stock no longer makes them. Has to be the prettiest piece of wood I have seen on a rifle by far.

can't for the life of me shoot a less than 10-12 pound rifle worth a hoot at 1K
