This hurts the gun owners. If I were the CEO I would request law encorcement that any warranty on their weapons is null and void. Or as a minimum refuse to sell any additional weapons to them. All manufacturers should join together and do the same.

I saw this article also and had similar thoughts. I was born and raised in Northern CA and am disgusted with much of the stupid laws coming out of Sacramento. The wife has told me that we're moving out of state when we're both retired. Aww, twist my arm.

Looking at the below quote from the same article, I know 3 states that are already crossed off the list of potential states to move to.


Other states considering a microstamping requirement include Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.

S&W and Ruger aren't even the first to quit selling to CA. Kimber, Glock etc...basically every "new" model handgun from any manufacturer won't be making it's way here...
