You are only able to face to face purchase firearms in your own state and those contiguous to it. Any state not touching your own you'd have to have it shipped to an ffl in your state.

There is a map in my local Wal Mart that shows what states they are allowed to sell to. There are not many states they will not sell to. |
I know where a pile of AR15's are near me and most are at/near retail prices.
Just have to look around. |
