Here in the NE, CNY, new England area, Ithacas in 12 and 20 (Deerslayer or field barrel) are quite easy to come by still and quite affordable. You may want to check out either the Kittery TRading Post used guns web site (Kittery Maine) or the Pennyslvania Hamburg Cabelas store. (again, they list used guns on line).
I bought a model 37 Deerslayer with a spare ventilated rib bbl for 200.oo a few years ago at the Syracuse NY spring gun show. |
