Greets,
Dont know how to answer this one... up till the last year or so, I shot way more than hunted. But the last year or 2 havent gotten out nearly as much, add to that my partner and I have expanded our hunting species greatly, (IE if its legal and I see it it gets shot at), But we do go out on shooting runs too, just go up shoot the guns go home and clean em! We do quite a lot of that during the summer months.

Just my uneducated opinion!

I shoot more than I hunt, but that is only because I belong to a winter smallbore rifle league. That meets every Friday night at various gun clubs Jan. thru April. Then I shoot alot in the spring and summer testing loads, then the comes time to check rifle zero for deer season. But I have no better time than being in the woods deer hunting.

Well for now I hunt more than shoot, but that is being remedied. I am starting to reload and set a side one night a week to shoot. I love shooting and can never seem to do it enough. But that being said, hunting with my bow far and away surpasses any hunting I do with a gun.

I love shooting !!!
I hunt too, but mostly with a bow.
Here in Illinios you can't hunt ANYTHING with a rifle. The only firearms you can hunt deer with are Shotguns with slugs and handguns over .40cal.

Therefore, most of my shooting is just for the love of it. I always bring along my home-defense guns to keep in practcie.

Keep 'em all in the Bull.

I like to hunt and shoot. Bow, muzzleloader, shootgun and rifle as much as I can.

I have probably shot 10,000+ rounds at a rifle, trap, or skeet range for every shot I have taken hunting.
