Maybe you guys can help me out here. I'm going to a gun show this weekend to get rid of my Tikka T3 Lite 25-06 with Zeiss Conquest 3-9X40 MC scope. I'm really not sure what it is worth. I've seen all kinds of prices for each one where I'm having a hard time dialing in what I could realistically get for this combo. I'm asking $900 obo and don't really want to go any lower than $800. Does this seem like a fair price or should I go higher or lower? Also the gun has only been fired once in our possession maybe 5 rounds and it is in excellent condition. Thanks in advance for any help!

It's a synthetic stock with a blued finish. It looks like what I have pictured in the link. I can try and get some pics of the actual gun a little bit later today.

The Tikkas on the net are going for $550-$700 and that scope is well over $400 new. I sure wouldn't go any lower than you mentioned. In excellent shape and little use the combo is probably worth starting it at $1K OBO.

You'll likely be MUCH better off taking the scope off and selling it separately. Even then, I believe your estimates so far are high. Around here, the Tikka may fetch $350 and the Conquest $250.

We sell the T3 rifles for just over $500 brand new.
We sell the Zeiss conquest 3-9X40 for $500 brand new.
Assuming the gun and scope are in near perfect condition a realistic used retail price would be starting at $800 and be willing to take about $700.

That's why I mentioned to maybe up it to $1K OBO so he has a some room to dicker around with. You never know when somebody might just come in and give him top dollar since the combination is in excellent shape and the buyer wouldn't have to do anything but load it.
