A-BOLT 7mm Medalion

I was at a gun action at a wisconsin gun shop today, and bid and bought a used A-bolt 7mm Browning medalion with a LEUPOLD vx 2 with an adjustable optic I payed 450.00$$ the gun looks in good shape just wondering if u think that was a good deal for this gun????????

Uhhh YEAH!!! :happy0001: Sounds like you paid less than half price. :woot: A new A-bolt Medallion 7mag is about a $800-$850 rifle. Depending on what size VX2 you have, that's probably another easy $250-$500 at MSRP. Depending on condition, if yours was hanging in the rack of the typical gunshop around my area I'd expect you to see a $650-$800 price tag on it.

I have 2 A-bolts, a SS Stalker 7mag and a 270 Medallion. They are GREAT guns and traditionally are very accurate. The VX2 is as good a scope as you'll likely ever need also. The whole package should last long enough for your grandkid to hand down.

You done REAL GOOD,

As HatchieLuvr mentioned....You stole that gun at that price! :D ;)

Is it a 7mm-08,7MM or the 7mm Mag?

Yeah, that's a steal. I got mine in the white gold in the .270 wsm. Man does it shoot great, I mean really great, only problem is my x-bolt medallion .300 win. mag shoots even better. Congrats on a great gun.

If it's anything like my Father's A-Bolt in .270 you got a steal of a deal for a great gun.
