Many manufacturers offer " stainless" rifles. Some mean stainless barrel. Some include any of the receiver, bolt, trigger mechanism, etc.
Who makes rifles that are ALL stainless? I guess the only things that may not be stainless would be the springs, as they are hard to make from stainless.
I have been mostly unable to get information from the various companies customer service representatives about how much of a rifle is actually stainless.

You will not likely find a rifle that is entirely stainless as some parts need to be other materials for hardness or other qualities that stainless lacks. Most companies use stainless barrels and receivers but many internal parts are of other materials.Even the stainless used in barrels and receivers are not the super corrosion resistant 300 series alloys because they are too soft. Most companies use 416 stainless for these applications.

Closest to an all stainless rifle out there are the Ruger 77(aluminum floorplate) and Model 70 SS , The remington 700 is all SS except the trigger(nickel plated)and the bolt release unless i am really mistaken.

Just for the record, many stainless alloys are non magnetic. (Or very slightly magnetic, not enough to really feel with a weak magnet.)

I put a kitchen magnet to my floorplate (77 SS and it didn' t stick but the pin that holds the floorplate to the triggerguard is steel because it stuck on that...
