My Remington 700 SPS DM shoots super tight groups also (3/4" MOA) & with factory bulk ammo, but it's one of the few blued barrrel rifles I own.

Whats amazing to me is that you owned a gun 18 years and never took it apart.

I think I own around 40 plus guns and everyone of them has been apart hundreds of times.
