Default Savage 340b .22 hornet need help

I just recently bought a savage model 340b .22 hornet for what i think was a good price. A friend needed money and he sold it to me for $125. Its definately an older gun but still shoots and is in really good shape. I was wondering if anybody knows anything about them or what they are worth? Did I make a good buy or did I get taken for my money? Any information will help. Thanks

if it shoots 1/2 inch groups at 100 yards then you did ok. if not then he got you.

but i would be willing to give you your money back for it.

Don't know about the monetary value ,But the nostalgia factor is on up there.I have one in .30.30 and it shoots great.A little hard to load and 150 BT rounds are a little to long for the mag but it shoots great.
