Default 357 carry options

When I am not hunting but still in the woods I carry a saddle gun chambered for 357. I am looking for a wheel gun, chambered the same to be able to get off quick shots on pigs and such. I would like something with a 6 inch barrel that is easy to draw from a hip or shoulder holster. Any sugestions ?

Ruger makes some good guns, they have both single action and double action revolvers that look nice and they have shot well for me.

Here is there sight if you want to check it out.

I agree rugers are good but my favorite 357 revolvers are s&w model 19 s&w model 686 and Taurus trackers. The model 19 is my favorite it. Is light weight and carries wonderfully and all the ones I've shot shoot really well that's what I carry in the off season except mine is a 4" but they can be had with a 6" barrel. The 686 is a bit heavy but helps control what little muzle flip a 357 has. The tracker comes with a 6.5" barrel and holds 7 rounds insted of 6 and is porter wich makes it really fun to shoot and it's lightweight also. There's many guns out there those are my personal favorites. Also look into used guns that's what I buy all the time there just as good as new ones but cheaper.

I have a 6" S&W 686 and really like it. I don't know that any 6" revolver is going to be easy to draw quickly though.
