Nice Franchi 48-AL, but the stock is cracked in the grip (apparently a somewhat common problem). Barrel is marked as follows:

For those who don't know
Franchi's need constant re tightening of the front grip cap that holds the bbl on. It loosens over a period of firing which tends to cause battering at the grip eventually causing the split you mention.
