haha who is claiming 1" groups at 200yds?

this gun is suppose to shoot well, but typically 5" at 100yds seems to be good/average.

if you can hit a pie plate at 100yds it always seemed to be doing average...

if it could do 1" at 100yds I'd run out and buy one today!

I have seen good shooters and bad shooters. Never once have I seen a subMOA shooter. I have seen some get 2MOA accuracy regularly at 100 but all bets are off past that. Slugs loose energy very quick past 100 yards.

Randy Wakeman did a review of the Savage 220F and claimed 1.5" groups @ 100 yards and 3.5" groups @ 200 yards. If you google "Savage 220 reviews" or "Randy Wakeman" you should be able to find it.

You better go buy one then!!!

I shoot 3/4 inch groups at 100 yards with remington premier accutip 3" slugs.. repeatable.. off bags...

200 yards, I can group but I'm like 13 inches low.. ehhhh

with my savage 220f using remington accu-tip 3", at 100 yards I'm getting 3/4" groups, 4" high at above center, this should put me within a deer's kill zone out to 200yards

If you're 4" high at 100, how high are you at 50 yards?

I'm still 4" high at 50 yards, the slugs fly fast and flat they are still arching at 50 yards
