Default Shipping guns from California

Can someone help me find out if a person can send a gun from California to a FFL dealer in Michigan without a FFL license.

Take it to a gun shop and have them ship it, what's the problem? I think that's how we have to do it in IL...from FFL to FFL...

gander mtn here does'em for like $30 I think.

Thanks for the info. on this. As far as just go to a dealer and ship well its alot higer in CA than other spots. I don't feel like giving away 100 bucks maybe others have money to throw away not me!

I don't blame you. I highly doubt Gander Mountain charges just $30 to ship a firearm. That may be their fee but I can guarantee they will charge the actual shipping cost as well.

Betcha the $30 is just the paperwork fee. As was said, actual shipping charges will be more, I'm sure............

Not 100% sure, but I would imagine that FFL to FFL would be your best bet.

The gunbroker.com info sounds correct. You can call the firearms sections of California DOJ and double check with them but any gunstore or person with an FFL could probably answer your question as well.
