Default Talley ring question.....

I think I'm going to try either Talley Screw Lock or fixed rings on my new Remington XCR.
The XCR's stainless has a little different color to it from the Trinyte coating. It's kinda "golden".
I'm wondering if the stainless rings will match pretty close or not since I've never actually seen a pair of the rings in person.
The satin black might look better since I'm mounting a matte Leupold VX3 on it.
Just looking for feedback from folks who have used them.

Go with black. Stainless colored rings never match very well.

go with black. I just put a set of the fixed rings and bases on my Tikka stainless, and it looks great. I've never been a fan of stainless rings on a stainless gun.
