go to SWFA.com they have used scopes. some are brand new. great prices. trust me i have looked all over

what about factory 22 250 loads what u guys think are the best for my application

$100-$200 isn't going to get you much scope for that gun.
I'd save up and put at least $400 into a scope.

As for ammo. A 22-250 won't show it's true colors until you roll your own.
I like 36gr Varget with a 52gr Sierra Matchking HP.

btw, what make/model of 22-250 did you get?

22-250 is a good all round gun..800 yards even..good fer deer in texas

thats the problem spent to much on the gun (wife very pissed )i can always put better glass on it later , got a cheap nikon pro staff on it now .

Got to let your wife be part of the "new toys" club.
Every time I get a new gun and/or scope, the wife gets a new Coach purse.

she got a new suv so she let me pe part of the new toy club , but in her defense its the familys new vehicle and i buy stuff just for myself . but she will get over it . (i hope )
