This is the one I would choose and I would normally keep it at around 5 power.. That is currently what I have on my Glennfield model and I love the set up..

I put a 1.75 - 4X shotgun scope on my Marlin Guide Gun. This is a really great set up for me. The circle/crosshair if good for quick target acquisition for close range shooting in brush.
