RE: A little trivia for the gun experts
Actually the Luger was chamered in several rounds, granted the 9X19 is the most common. Here' s a list.... 9X19mm, 7.65mm (.30luger), .45acp, .380acp and .32acp. (last three VERY rare)

RE: A little trivia for the gun experts
I guess it depends where you look but if your refering to the 1906 U S Army 45 cal. test Lugers there were five of them made ,but they weren' t used by the German army they were tested by the USA. If the Germans used the 7.65 during WWI or WWII it doen' t fit your only two gun made scenario Taz .

RE: A little trivia for the gun experts
I think your question must have meant used by the American army? Since the Germans didn' t use the two .45' s made?
BTW, since I knew it was the .45acp, does that make me a gun expert?:D;) I just like to read about guns, but I don' t think I' d claim to be an expert, knowledgeable maybe? |

RE: A little trivia for the gun experts
Actually he didn' t hit the ten ring... look at my previous post..

(last three VERY rare) Though I agree that his answer to the .45acp part was correct, even though the German' s never had it. America did not like the 7.65mm/.30 Luger nor did we like the 9X19 so they made the two in .45acp which we still didn' t like. The .380acp and .32acp were never tried by the U.S. Military. |
