Ammo for my 870
Ive been shooting Remington premier core-lokt ultra 385 grain in my 870 12ga... Its got a pretty good kick, but it patterns very well...Any comments or suggestions about this load?? Any feedback would appreciated...thx...T

12 gauge shotgun slugs all kick pretty hard. It's the nature of the beast. If these slugs group well (single shotshells create a pattern, individual projectiles create groups), then I'd stick with them because they'll certainly do the job on deer.
