Unhappy 300 WSM 180 Gr. Failsafe

I have a 300 wsm that so far seems to only shoot the 180 gr. failsafes that I got with the gun as accurate as i would like does anyone have experience with these on Ga. Whitetails I dont feel like they will expand very well.

I don't have any experience with GA deer or it in a 300wsm. However I have seen the failsafe work fine on deer here in canada(does and bucks) in a number of chamberings including the 300wm. Yes it is more robust then needed but accuracy is a very important thing to confidence which IME leads to success in the field.

Good Luck

I shot a deer once with a 180gr fail safe out of a .308 Win. Killed the deer just fine. Reasonable entry and exit holes.
