I made the deal with the guy. He is going to bring it to the house tomorrow. I need a 30.06 like a need a hole in the head but he needs what I'm trading him and he is making it a more than fair trade.

Well, they don't say REMINGTON on the barrel, so they can't be all that bad:D

I think the Remington fan boys overdo it a bit sometimes, everything else is inferior in their minds!

Makes a guy wonder how the rest of us heathens kill anything with our Savages and Brownings ;)

If I recall, doesn't Remington produce the 710/770 line of rifles?
