You might want to check out the Sig-Sauer P-226. It is a much better gun then the three you are considering. You can get a CPO Sig for the same price as a glock or beretta.

Springfield XD. I've owned a Glock and I've shot the Beretta 92F (the M9 was my duty weapon in the Corps as an MP) and the Rugers, and I'd take my XD over any of them in a heartbeat. I absolutely love my XD.

I have a Glock 9mm (19) and an M9. The M9 is way more accurate than the Glock. I am anti Ruger when it comes to auto pistols. I would go with the m9 out of your choices but I like what Sniper151 said. My kimber smokes the other 3.
