RE: .223 for deer?
As for the M14... Is it still the dominant force at the National Matches? I thought that the .223 AR's had taken over, even in the long range matches. The M14 has some advantages over the AR-15, but for the most part, if you can shoot a M14 well you can shoot an AR-15 better, unless you have vision problems where the longer sight radius on the m14 comes into play. |

Congrats to my lil gurl, killin a doe at 80yrds with her .223...it went 20 yards and dropped dead!!!!! in a shoulder out the ribcage
