Honestly, I havent picked a bow up in 10 years. I used to do archery tournaments when i was 6-10yrs of age. Havent touched them since... but I WAS good, not great, not bad, but good

Anyway - I've never gave myself "magnum eye" but I have seen a few of my buddies do it to themselves. One of my buddies did it about 3 years ago when he shot his first buck with a rifle out of my box blind, funny thing was I was laughing at him and he didn't know why. He's like whats so funny, the deer is dead, I'm like your bleeding, then he realized he had blood running down his face! lol

We call that "scope eye" here. I let my wife shoot my 35 Whelen with some souped up hand loads and the reaction after the first shot was not good. This was about 4 years ago and the story gets better every time she tells it. She didn't get scope eye but thought her shoulder popped out of place. LOL
