What Gun for $400?????

If you don't have a pistol, you need to get one.
I would suggest a Glock 30 (.45) or a Glock 17, which a full sized 9mm. Every respectable gun owner should own at least one"reliable"pistol for home defense.

If you can get an AR-15 for $400, let me know I'll take 10..... Personally Id go for a Ruger LCP for pocket concealed carry, or a Kel-Tec P3AT which is basically the same thing only about $100 cheaper. Whatever is left should go for ammo.

Trade it for an AR-15, they are fun guns to plink with, can be used to protect your home and even hunt with given the proper ammo. The gun grabbers are coming soon..........

I would have traded it for the same thing in a 44 mag or something myself. Let us know what you get with the money.

I just made a $400 investment on an 870 Express 20 guage shotgun for my son and I to share. Hopefully it will bring us many memories to share for a lifetime!
It all depends on your situtional hunting. Which type of gun would fit the bill in your situation?
Life is too short to have a purdy long range bolt action rifle sitting in your gun cabinet when you could realistically be using an old reliable shotgun..
