Default semi auto 22

i am thinking of getting a 22 rifle semi auto perfered.
I want something cheap what would you guys recommend.

the 10/22 would be my choice also,I almost bought one of those thompson center autos but I just decided to keep my old 10/22 it's very dependable and shoots good also,hard to beat as far as I'm concerned.

another vote for the 10/22. reliable and accurate outta the box and more aftermarket stuff available than all the others combined should you decide to trick it out.

It depends on what you want it for and if you are thinking ofcustomizing it out later. For just a plan one that you are not going to customize, I would go with the Marline Model 60. If you want to customize the thing later go with the 10/22

I like the remington speed master. Its the only semi that I know of that shoots .22 shorts as well as longs and long rifle
