I've seen them before and I can't remember who makes them. maybe DM will chime in and let us know. I would love to have one, but if I remeber correctly they are an arm and a leg!

It's called a "drilling" or a 3 barreled combination gun. There are numerous makes of drillings, some of the better known makes are Heym, J.P. Sauer & Sons, Krieghoff, and Merkel as well as others. No doubt that they aer well made and costly.

P22 for plinking an rabbits
NEF 22 hornet for small game all the way to deer and hogs
rem 700 vls .243 for deer and hogs
12 guage shotgun for the doves.
TRX 32 bow. for everything.
