RE: Winchester mod 70 question

Sounds to me like it's astainless ultimate shadow with dura touch camo.

If this is the rifle you are looking at and it is NIB it is a very good deal and if you are in the market for a rifle this would be an excelent choice.

THAT'S IT!!! I was wrong though. It's not new but used in what I would consider very good condition. I posted also in the Big Game section with questions on the caliber. I did go ahead and buy the rifle on Saturday and they are mounting and bore siteing the Leupold VX II scope I got to go along with it! It should be ready on Monday or Tuesday and I can't wait to see what it will do! I'll post a pic when I get it all set up! Thanks to all for the replies and help.

Oh, one more thing. On the CRF v. Push feed. I looked at the bolt pretty close and it did seem to have a very good claw extractor on the right side of the bolt. Is it safe to assume (i hate that word) that it's a CRF? A pic would really help me out if someone could post one.

Thanks a ton!!

Yes that rifle is a CRF.

Meh, I'd skip the craptacular New Haven rifle and get a CZ if I wanted a CRF rifle, or wait until FN starts producing Mod 70 sporters.
