From an enginering standpoint, the triangular shape is more resistant to flux than the circular. It will not warp.

thats what i thought. but because the flat parts are thinner wouldnt the inside of the barrel start to become triangle untill it cool down.

Do you know how rapidly you would have to shoot a gun to getthe barrel hot enoughto do that?
Lets just say that you will never be able to shoot a bolt action rifle quickly enough to warp the barrel. Regardless of its shape.

ya i know how hot they can get. but i plan on shooting a couple thousand rounds at a time. my friend has a .223 and after around 500 rounds it starts to lose accuracy and its so hot you cant hang onto it.

Barrel will not warp. NOw if you shot the gun repeatedly lets say PD hunting then you might or might not have a POI change because A. It is a hammer forged barrel B. It is machined after it is rifled. c. Hammer forged barrels that are not stress relieved or any barrel for that matter can have POI changes with a few exceptions.

My buddie has one they are crap.

22 inch barrel, not much for long shots

the triangle barrel is a stupid idea, it was for weight reduction, but its not really a heavy barrel anymore

It was made to shoot 100-200 yard.
