Just joined this forum today. This is my first post and kinda lame that i had to post on this thread (i read the whole thread).

There is ONLY ONE reason i will not deal with Scott Pierce aka tess31470, and i will say this as kindly as I can.

Yes, my post is exactly what I have said before...the truth has a funny way of never changing. It is what it is. What I have posted is not an opinion, it is what has happened. DoctorDeath did not just give his opinion, he posted what you had told him. I never said he was "taking sides" as there are no sides to be taken. Yes, people always have opinions but I certainly do not think that they all stink no matter what they may be...it is unfortunate that you feel that way.

Yes, people will believe what they want and I don't care what they believe either as long as they walk away with an awareness of what you have done and to protect themselves in the future. I would also have to agree with you that some people are two faced because you were more than happy to keep the lines of communication open while you were waiting for the money but suddenly couldn't return a message or email after cashing the check. Funny how people can be like that, isn't it?

After your above post about all of us having opinons, and your rude remarks that I feel are completely out of line, I decided that perhaps some of the opinions expressed recently deserved some more attention. The opinions of some of the members are that I should contact the authorities. So, after a trip to my post office today, and a long chat with my post master, I have completed the paperwork to file a mail fraud complaint against you, Scott Pierce of Longview, Texas. Other members had pointed the possibility out to me before but I truly was unaware that if you sent your payment via USPS then the mail system becomes a part of the crime. This allows you to file against the business or individual that took your payment and failed to deliver the service or merchandise. What you learn! While my post master pointed out to me that filing the complaint certainly doesn't assure that funds will be recovered he assured me that the postal service will thoroughly investigate the complaint as mail fraud is a federal offense and that they keep a record of all filings to help identify patterns of fraud from certain businesses and individuals. Perhaps someone else will also file if you defraud or already have defrauded them. Cyberspace is infinite and people from all over read and search. Do a search for your email, username, or even just your name and eventually these posts will come up. The internet allows millions of people to be aware of what has transpired and steps they can take if something like this has happened to them.

Scott, your previous two posts prompted my visit to the post office today and the subsequent mail fraud complaint. You stole money from me and instead of sending the dies, refunding the money, admitting your dishonesty or even just addressing your rants directly to me, you insult other members and make little sense while doing so.

Several years agoI posted something for sale here (I think it was arrows). This was my first or second time selling something on a forum.I received the payment and sent the arrows. I stated that insurance was extra and the buyers choice. The buyer opted not to pay extrafor insurance or tracking. For this reason I kept the receipt from the post office. A couple of weeks went by and the buyer claimed that he never received the arrows and, if true, rightfully posted on this forum and ATI was a bad trader. However, I did defend my position, postseveralresponses, offered to send a copy of the post office receipt, and offered to return 50% of the payment and call it good. I never heard anything else about it.

I learned to add in the cost of insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation in the shipping price and will never sell another item with out these three things.

Bigbulls, But Tess said he sent it registered... that is a load of BS. it would have some kind of confirmation number... I work for UPS and send everything UPS within a day or two... well one instance right now but I havent been to work in 3 days. [:'(]

I also got screwed on a trade i did and still havent got my stuff,not with this person,but i left a big warning in the feedback section,so whaterver you do however it turns out 24wayne please leave your feedback for all to see,I still hope you get your stuff.

Wayne, Onemust fall makes a good point leave negative feedback in the feedback section. Everydeal I do on here I try to post if it was a good or bad experience. Everyone that I have purchased from has been great to deal with (so far) but hey $hit happens sometimes.

keep us updated on what happens, thisis a bad situationfor all parties involved!But, I'm interested to see the final result!

It's funny how tess31470 (Scott) can post on this thread as late as 3-9-09 and piss and moan about how everyones bashing him for apparently what he thinks to be no reason yet he has YET to come out and say definitively what has happened to the dies or the refund....Unbelievable!

24wayne has showed proof of payment and proof of you cashing his check, you have acknowledged a screwup on your end and promised to make it right yet have not provided ANY PROOF that you have made this deal square.

tess31470 you have NO RIGHT to come on here and post ANYTHING other than proof you have squared up with 24wayne....Until you do so I will consider you a flat out thief. You have the stage here......the perfect venue to show good faith and prove that you are a man of your word. You can put an end to this once and for all by showing PROOF that you have refunded the money or PROOF that shipment was made.

Unless you do either of those two things, anything you post on this thread will be taken for exactly what it is and thats a bunch of illiterately written rambling lies from a low life thief!

Grow up, man up and make this right!
