Default .223 Wylde Chamber?

I'm not that experienced with the AR15 platform and am considering buying one (if I can find one). I have noticed that some are chambered in .223 wylde (wild). What does that mean to me? Can I shoot regular .223 ammo out of that chamber?

What do you consider regular 223 ammo?? Go to the Rock River web site. They give a complete explanation of the Wylde chambering. And the Wylde will shoot. Below is a 300 yard 3 shot group out of mine. Tom.
