Clinton and Obama

Believe me it's a scary thought which ever oneof the three get in.None of them are for the gun owner.I don't care for McCain, but I think he's the lesser of the evils.
Check this out. These aren't the only three we need to worry about.
There's a publication in D.C., Judicial Watch, that tracks politicians and here's their current list of what they call:"The Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians."http://www.judicialwatch.org/judicia...liticians-2007

Clinton has been a supporter of gun control during her time in office. She voted for a 10-year extension of the assault weapons ban and voted for requiring extensive background checks at gun shows.
She also supports licensing and registration of handguns, mandatory trigger locks for handguns, holding adults responsible for their children's use of guns, raising the youth handgun ban from age 18 to 21, limiting gun sales to one per month and allowing the Consumer Products Safety Commission regulate guns. Read more about the candidates' positions on guns
Obama, meanwhile, supports extending the assault weapons ban; supports a national law against carrying concealed weapons, with exceptions for retired police and military personnel; and supports limiting gun sales to one per month.
But promises by all the candidates to protect the fundamental right to gun ownership won't impress the gun lobby.
The National Rifle Association gave both Clinton and Obama an "F" on gun policies.
The NRA hardly spared McCain, giving him a C+ in their assessment.
While McCain is occasionally asked about the subject, he remains quiet on specifics -- and rarely talks unprompted about either God or guns on the stump.
The Arizona senator sponsored legislation requiring background checks at gun shows, voted against a 10-year extension of the assault weapons ban and opposed legislation requiring trigger locks for handguns.
McCain also opposed the 1994 crime bill, which contained the assault weapons ban.

First I want to make it clear that all gun transactions should have a background check conducted so that we do not end up with another unnecessary killing of any kind. As for the stance of the current politicians Clinton is the worst of the bunch and should be avoided at all cost! When Clinton came to my work place I spoke with the people protecting her(Secret Service)and was informed that she absolutely hates guns!
As for Obama... anyone that stands against concealed carry is not to be trusted either! I am glad that he supports retired military/police carry but we still need to have concealed carry to protect us from the evil people in the world.
McCain I am uncertain on but have a bad feeling about him when it comes to the Second Amendment.
Ultimately we need to consider that the next president will be appointing at least one more Supreme Court justice in addition to several lower court justices.
The Supremem Court ultimately decides how the Constitution and Bill of Rights is intrepreted and that is where we need to be worried...
Clinton will most definitely appoint someone that will align themselves with the gun control fans and I believe that Obama will do the same. As for McCain again I do not trust him and want to do more research on his gun rights voting recording but at this point he should be treated the same as Clinton/Obama.
