Thank God for people like winjimmy. if it weren't for finders like him I might not ever shoot. I wonder if he's licensed as an FFL to buy and sell. Otherwise he becomes a straw buyer in violation of Federal fire arms regs.

Are you an FFL? If not you should not openly buy for resale any guns. That makes you a straw buyer and is a violation of gun laws and a federal offense. For your own reference, please look into it if your not a Federal Firearms Licensee.

I believe he is only pointing you in the direction of said rifle that does not make him a "STRAW" buyer. If he were to purchase the rifle and then sell the rifle to you it would be thru a licensed FFL dealer who would do the background check. The Straw buyer rule is for people that buy a rifle go thru a background check and then hand the gun over to someone that would not pass or do a background check. Get your facts straight.
