Savage model 10FXP??'s
#1
Just at Wally world and saw a Savage model 10FXP in .243win.
I don't find that model on the Savage site, or any other on-line gun catalogue.
#What is it's closest SAVAGE brother?
It is not the law enforcement model(s) with similar #'s??!
What is it? A Wall Mart #?

I think it wasa youth model which has since been replaced by the 11 fxp. Did it have a black synthetic stock and a Bushnell scope?

WEll we bought it and took it out today and broke in the barrel. Would have shot more, but the damn wind!
(WYOMING WIND FESTIVAL: JAN 1 - DEC 31st)
Excellent gun!!! $350.00 with the scope! No it's not a model 770 or Ruger #1 but right out of the box accurate . . . unbelievable.
Not sure what the "10" denotes, but the FXP is F for synthetic stock and XP for package gun (with scope).

You're right, it's not a Rem 700 or a Ruger #1....it's better...it's a Savage. Sorry out comes the personal preference again. Just thought I would put the hair up on some of the member's necks. Remember no fisticuffs, eh. lol
